An Autumn Day Retreat in Rockport, MA.

Spend a day with us in nature at the historic Windhover, a renowned non-profit performing arts center tucked away in charming Pigeon Cove, in Rockport, Ma. A gathering to celebrate and honor the new autumn season where we'll deep dive into the body, the psyche, and the soul through an immersion of yoga, somatic movement, meditation, sound therapy, art, and nourishing food. We’ll connect to the wisdom of Nature’s elements to inspire and restore our connection to our bodies, our hearts, and all that is sacred.
We’ll gather 9am-6pm on Sunday, October 6th to move with the rhythms + cycles of nature through sacred practices and rituals, drawing on ancient wisdom of the land, and the energy of the season. Practices and to restore, rebalance + awaken, and connect to the inherent wisdom and healing power of Nature.
We’ll come together around the table in the afternoon to enjoy a beautiful seasonal lunch made with fresh & local ingredients to nourish our bodies, and conversation & laughter to nourish our hearts.
The day will close with an invigorating dip into one of Rockport’s most beautiful quarries near Halibut Point to renew & revitalize from the inside out.
Our Home for the day:
Rich in history, Windhover is a non-profit performing arts center that has served the community as a place to learn, perform, and share the beauty of dance and the related arts in a natural setting for over 50 years. It is located on 4 ½ acres of beautiful open meadows, forest’s, and outdoor gardens with sacred and rustic architectural treasures where you are fully immersed in nature. The name Windhover symbolizes the soaring of one’s imagination and the spiritual quest that informs art.

A Morning Yoga/Movement Practice and an afternoon Restorative Practice & Meditation with Crystal Sound Bowls
A nourishing heart-to-table vegan lunch created by the gifted Catrina Muolo, the Chef/Owner of Planted, a woman-owned small business known for its nutrient-rich, plant-based food magic.
Nature Art where will we will create our own herb bundles and flower-prints
A custom-made Speaks in Flowers botanical Ritual Oil to take home with you
*These gatherings are centered around fostering connection and community, and are an open and loving space for all. They are a coming together of all ages and backgrounds, and spaces to learn and grow together.
