Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful ancient energy healing technique that works on the subtle body and helps to release the mental, emotional and physical blockages, and promotes harmony & balance between mind, body and soul. It brings the body into deep states of parasympathetic activation and relaxation, where your body does deep healing on all layers.
Reiki originated in Japan in the early 20th century, and is built on the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. The word reiki loosely translates to “universal life energy” - an energy that surrounds, and exists within each body. The practice involves transmitting and balancing that energy, through the specific placement of hands on or above a recipient’s body.

What to expect during a session:
Our session will begin with a consultation to connect and address your concerns and any questions you may have. Looking at the energetic body, we will determine areas of focus, although your entire being will receive care & attention during our session. Through a customized combination of reiki, guided breathwork, sound therapy, and aromatherapy, we will work together to help unblock energy flow, release stuck emotions, and renew on all levels of your being. All that is required of you is that you are open to receive.
