It’s a call that beckons us to venture beyond the confines of our everyday existence and immerse ourselves in the wild beauty of the natural world, a world that awakens our senses, nourishes our bodies, soothes our souls, and ignites our sense of wonder and awe.  In the embrace of nature, we are reminded of our place in the web of life – of our interconnectedness with all living things. We remember who we truly are.

Join us on a week long immersive journey of awakening. A journey from your head into our heart, that invites you to be fully wrapped up in nourishment, healing and love. 

An invitation to slow down, attune to nature’s cycles and rhythms, reconnect to your creativity, your joy, and what makes you feel alive. A space to soften, open, and get to know yourself on levels maybe you never thought possible.

Our time together will be infused with a blend of yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound therapy, dance, creative arts, and other earth-based practices designed to harmonize the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. Sacred rituals, ceremonies, and celebrations to inspire you, nourish you, and awaken your true, wild, authentic self. Each day is specifically curated to offer you rich experiences, personal insight, and supportive integration techniques for you to take with you and infuse into your everyday living. 

 Playful and deep moments will be spent connecting in community and sharing conversation, stories, laughter and tears. Sacred space to gather, witness each other, learn from each other, and help each other grow. Personal moments for each one of us, a life circle shared between all of us.

Haramara | Nature’s Playground of Wonder and Awe

Haramara is a sacred Huichol Indian word meaning “Mother Sea '' – the source of everything'. It is located in the breathtaking coastal Riviera Nayarit, nestled above the Pacific Ocean on 12 private acres of tropical jungle, overlooking the mountains, with a private & pristine beach. This secluded and intimate seaside yoga resort offers the most exquisite  + powerful coexistence with nature. The magic found at Haramara truly awakens the heart and soul. Haramara is a place to disconnect from the hustle, and be nourished and fully wrapped up by the beauty of the natural world. You instantly feel the deep held wisdom of the land the moment you arrive.

Your Retreat Experience Includes:

— 8 days, 7 nights' Accommodations in secluded Open Air Casitas

— 3 Organic, locally sourced delicious & nourishing meals per day prepared by Haramara’s personal and professional Chef

— 2 Yoga/Movement Practices per day | A Morning Solar Practice and an early Evening Lunar Practice

Offerings + Activities available for an Additional Cost:

~ Holistic & Therapeutic Bodywork, Acupuncture, Energy Healing, and an array of additional spa services at Haramara’s open air Healing Center & Spa.

~ A Temazcal (Sweatlodge) Ceremony. This is a ancient purification ceremony that has been used in many cultures, mostly in the Native American & Mexican cultures, for various purposes such as healing, praying, preparing for long ceremonies. It symbolizes the cycle of death and rebirth, the shedding of old skin, the embracing of our shadow and light, and the experience of being One with Spirit.

~ Optional off-site activities including whale watching, surfing, hiking, snorkeling, and horseback riding. And plenty of time to rest, relax on Haramara’s private beach, or by the infinity pool, explore the vibrant town of Sayulita, and anything else your soul desires.
